Greetings fellow athletes and friends of TFT, Inc.  The fine folks at The Cycling House in Tucson  http://www.thecyclinghouse.com/camps/and  myself are teaming up once again!  This will be my 6^th Triathlon Camp held in conjunction with The Cycling House.  Camp is scheduled from Mar 25 -April 1, 2012. Cost is $1895 and includes airport pick up and drop off, bike build and unpacking, fully supported cycling, swimming and running, coaching,  fine lodging in a huge trophy home, and the finest whole food meals you'll ever eat.

This year’s camp is focusing on the serious age group triathlete that’s looking for a huge early season fitness boost.  Camp is particularly designed for triathletes that are serious about improving their Iron distance and Half Iron race performance.  Camp is especially well timed for athletes considering an early to mid-season long distance race.  This is not a novice camp.  Emphasis is on cycling and athletes should be prepared to ride 3-5 hours daily as well as run and swim.   Some of the many training topics I will address are the fine art of pacing for long distance races (especially on the bike), fueling properly in training/racing, and the efficacy of weight training for the triathlete.  I will personally guide the campers through their swim, bike and run workouts.  Myself,  along with the professional athletes on staff at the Cycling House, are devoted to providing the finest triathlon coaching possible in a fun, relaxed environment designed to gently prod the athlete to reach their fullest potential.   Come join me at camp and experience some of the finest high level triathlon training and coaching anywhere.
